1. Who We Are
Americas Auto Protection is a selling company that connects consumers with vehicle service contract providers. We are not a contract administrator, obligor, or insurer. All services and coverage are provided by third-party providers subject to the terms of your individual contract.
2. Coverage Issuance
There is no guarantee of coverage until a contract has been officially issued by the provider and accepted by the customer. Coverage is always subject to the specific terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions outlined in your final contract.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during application. To maintain plan eligibility, vehicles must be maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule.
4. Payments & Cancellation
Payment terms and cancellation rights are governed by the specific service contract. Refunds, if applicable, are typically pro-rated and subject to state-specific laws and provider policies.

All repairs require pre-approval by the administrator. Repairs made without prior authorization may be denied. Deductibles may apply to each visit as determined by your specific coverage level.
